¹⁰ And God called the dry land Earth and he called the gathering together of the waters Seas. And God saw that it was good.

¹¹ And I will establish my covenant with you*. Neither will all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of the flood, nor will there be a flood any more to destroy the earth.
¹² And God said, This is the sign of the covenant which I make between me and you* and every living creature that is with you*, everlasting. ¹³ I set my bow in the cloud and it will be for a sign of a covenant between me and the earth. ¹⁴ And it will happen, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow will be seen in the cloud. ¹⁵ And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you* and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters will no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

¹⁹ And I will break the pride of your* power. And I will make your* sky as iron and your* earth as brass, ²⁰ and your* strength will be spent in vain, for your* land will not yield its increase, nor will the trees of the land yield their fruit.

²³ And the land will not be sold in perpetuity, for the land is mine. For you* are strangers and travelers with me. ²⁴ And in all the land of your* possession you* will grant a redemption for the land.

¹⁶ Take heed to yourselves, lest your* heart be deceived and you* turn aside and serve other gods and worship them, ¹⁷ and the anger of Jehovah be kindled against you* and he shut up the heavens, so that there will be no rain and the land will not yield its fruit and you* perish quickly from the good land which Jehovah gives you*.

² And having summoned him, he said to him, What is this that I am hearing concerning you? Give me the account of your stewardship; for you are not able to be a steward any longer.

¹⁸ And the nations were angry and your wrath came and the time of the dead to be judged and the time to give the reward to your bondservants, the prophets, and to the holy-ones, and to those who fear your name, to the little and to the great, and to have decay for those who are corrupting the earth.

²⁵ You laid of old the foundation of the earth and the heavens are the work of your hands. ²⁶ They will perish, but you will endure. Yes, all of them will grow old like a garment. As a raiment you will change them and they will be changed,

² Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to them, even to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord Jehovah: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the sheep?
³ You* eat the fat and you* clothe yourselves with the wool. You* kill the fattened-ones, but you* do not feed the sheep. ⁴ You* have not strengthened the diseased, nor have you* healed what was sick, nor have you* bound up what was broken, nor have you* brought back what was driven away, nor have you* sought what was lost, but you* have ruled over them with force and with rigor.

⁷ For nation will arise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and plagues and earthquakes in different places.

¹¹ and there will be great earthquakes in different places and famines and plagues. There will be both terrors and great signs from heaven.

⁸ And the fourth messenger poured out his bowl upon the sun, and it was given to it to burn men in fire. ⁹ And men were burnt with great heat and the men blasphemed the name of God who has the authority over these wounds, and they did not repent to give him glory.

⁵ You have caroused upon the land and are self-indulgent; you have nourished your hearts as in a day of slaughter.

¹⁵ And Jehovah God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to work it and to keep it.

² Therefore we will not fear, though the earth changes and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas, ³ though the waters of it roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with the swelling of it. Selah.

²⁵ Because of this, I am saying to you, Do not be anxious for your life, what you may eat and what you may drink; nor for what you may clothe your body with. Is not the life worth more-than the nourishment and the body worth more-than the clothing? ²⁶ Look at the birds of the heaven, that they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father is nourishing them. Are you not carrying much more-value than them? ²⁷ Now which one out of you is able to add one cubit upon his stature by being anxious? ²⁸ And why are you anxious concerning clothing? Learn from the lilies of the field, somehow they are growing; they are not laboring, nor spinning. ²⁹ Yet I say to you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. ³⁰ But if God so dresses-up the grass of the field, which is here today and the next-day is cast into the oven, will he not much more clothe you? You of small faith!
³¹ Therefore do^\'b0 not be anxious, saying, What should we eat? or, What should we drink? or, What should we dress ourselves with? ³² For the Gentiles are seeking after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have needs of all these things. ³³ But first seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. ³⁴ Therefore do not be anxious for the next-day; for the next-day will be anxious enough for the things of itself. Its evil is enough for the one day.

⁷ And I brought you* into a plentiful land, to eat the fruit of it and the goodness of it.
But when you* entered, you* defiled my land and made my heritage an abomination.

⁵ The earth also is polluted under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the laws, violated the statutes, broken the everlasting covenant.
⁶ Therefore the curse has devoured the earth and those who dwell in it are found guilty. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned and few men left.

²² While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest and cold and heat and summer and winter and day and night will not cease.
