¹¹ because he will give his messengers charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. ¹² They will bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone.
¹³ You will tread upon the lion and adder. The young lion and the serpent you will trample under foot.

¹ O Jehovah, you have searched and known me. ² You know my sitting down and my rising up. You understand my thought afar off. ³ You search out my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways.

⁹ If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the outermost parts of the sea, ¹⁰ your hand will lead me even there and your right hand will hold me.
¹¹ If I say, Surely the darkness will overwhelm me and the light around me will be night, ¹² even the darkness does not hide from you, but the night shines as the day. The darkness and the light are both alike to you.
¹³ Because you formed my inward parts. You covered me in my mother's womb.
¹⁴ I will give thanks to you, because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works and that my soul knows right well.

¹⁹ Surely you will kill the wicked, O God. Depart from me therefore, you* bloodthirsty men. ²⁰ For they speak against you wickedly and your enemies take it in vain.
²¹ Do I not hate them, O Jehovah, who hate you? And am I not grieved with those who rise up against you? ²² I hate them with perfect hatred. They have become my enemies.
²³ Search me, O God and know my heart. Try me and know my thoughts, ²⁴ and see if there is any wicked way in me. And lead me in the way everlasting.

⁴ And it will be, when he lies down, that you will notice the place where he will lie. And you will go in and uncover his feet and lie you down. And he will tell you what you will do.

³⁶ You have enlarged my steps under me and my feet have not slipped.

⁴⁰ And Jesus answered and said to him, Simon, I have something to say to you.
But he says, Teacher, say it.
⁴¹ There was two debtors to a lender: a certain one was owing five hundred denarii and the other fifty. ⁴² But when they did not have anything to repay him with, he forgave them both. Therefore, tell me which of them will love him most?
⁴³ But Simon answered and said, I am taking it as, he to whom he forgave the most.
But he said to him, You have judged correctly.
⁴⁴ And turning to the woman, he said to Simon, Do you see this woman? I entered into your house, you gave me no water for my feet, but she has rained on my feet with her tears and wiped them with the hairs of her head. ⁴⁵ You gave me no kiss, but, from the time I came in she has continually kissed my feet. ⁴⁶ You did not anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with perfume. ⁴⁷ Because of which, I say to you, Her sins, which are many, have been forgiven, because she loved much, but to whom few is forgiven, the same loves few. ⁴⁸ Now he said to her, Your sins have been forgiven.
⁴⁹ And those who reclined at the meal together with him began to speak among themselves, Who is this one, who forgives even sins?
⁵⁰ But he said to the woman, Your faith has saved you. Travel in peace.

¹ And it happened afterwards also, that he was traveling through every city and village, preaching and proclaiming the good-news of the kingdom of God and the twelve were together with him, ² and some women who were healed of evil spirits and sicknesses: Mary who was called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, ³ and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod’s commissioner, and Susanna, and many others who were serving them from their possessions.

¹⁵ and having tied the feet with the readiness of the good-news of peace.

³³ He makes my feet like the feet of female-deers and sets me upon my high places.

¹ The man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers is fortunate, ² because his delight is in the law of Jehovah and on his law he meditates day and night.
³ And he will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. And whatever he does will prosper.
⁴ The wicked are not so, because they are like the chaff which the wind drives away. ⁵ Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
⁶ Because Jehovah knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.

³⁹ And she was a sister to one called Mary, who also sat beside the feet of Jesus and was hearing his word.

⁴ arose from supper and places aside his garments, and he took a towel and girded himself. ⁵ Thereafter he puts water into the washbasin and began to wash the disciples’feet and to wipe them with the towel in which he was girded.
⁶ Therefore, he comes to Simon Peter and that man says to him, Lord, why are you washing my feet?
⁷ Jesus answered and said to him, What I do you do not know now, but you will know after these things.
⁸ Peter says to him, Never wash my feet.
Jesus answered him, If I do not wash you, you have no part with me.
⁹ Simon Peter says to him, Lord, not only my feet, but also the hands and the head.
¹⁰ Jesus says to him, He who has been fully-washed does not need to wash himself, other than the feet, but is entirely clean and you are clean, but not all. ¹¹ (For he knew the one who is giving him up.) Because of this, he said, You are not all clean.
¹² Therefore, when he had washed their feet and had taken up his garments, having leaned-back again, he said to them, You know what I have done for you? ¹³ You address me as the Teacher and, Lord, and you say well; for so I am. ¹⁴ Therefore, if I, the Lord and the Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.

³² For who is God, except Jehovah? And who is a rock, except our God?
³³ God is my strong fortress and he guides the perfect in his way. ³⁴ He makes his feet like female-deers' feet and sets me upon my high places. ³⁵ He teaches my hands to war, so that my arms bend a bow of brass.

¹³ and make^*\'b0 straightened tracks for your feet, in order that what is lame may not be turned aside, but rather should be healed.

⁷ How lovely are the feet of him who brings good news upon the mountains, who proclaims peace, who brings good news of good, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, Your God reigns!

¹⁰⁵ Your word is a lamp to my feet and light to my path.
