²⁶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping animal that creepeth upon the earth. ²⁷ So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. ²⁸ And God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living animal that moveth upon the earth.

¹ A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD'S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

¹⁴ I will praise thee: for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: wonderful are thy works; and that my soul well knoweth.

⁹ But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

¹ In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

² He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. ³ He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.

⁵ He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.

³¹ And God saw every thing that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

¹⁶ For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are upon earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: ¹⁷ And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
