³⁰ And then he will plunder his house. He that is not with me is against me, and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth.

¹⁸ For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven, against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who detain the truth in unrighteousness. ¹⁹ For what is to be known of God, is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it to them. ²⁰ For those things of him which are invisible, both his eternal power and Godhead, are clearly seen from the creation of the world, being understood by the things which are made, so that they are without excuse: ²¹ Because knowing God, they did not glorify him as God, neither were thankful, but became vain in their reasonings, and their foolish heart was darkened. ²² Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, ²³ And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image in the likeness of corruptible man, and of birds, and of four-footed creatures and reptiles.

⁹ Whosoever transgresseth and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God:

²² But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother, shall be liable to the judgment; and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be liable to the council; but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be liable to hell-fire.

³ But if our gospel also is veiled, it is veiled to them that perish; ⁴ Whose unbelieving minds the god of this world hath blinded, lest the illumination of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine upon them.

²⁷ And if any of the unbelievers invite you, and ye are disposed to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no questions for conscience sake.

²⁴ Ye see then, that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

²² And some, that are wavering, convince; Some save, snatching them out of the fire;
