²⁸ And why are ye anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin; ²⁹ but I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed as one of these. ³⁰ And, if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, that to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith!

¹⁹ because that which is known of God is manifested in them; for God manifested it to them. ²⁰ For His invisible things, since the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being perceived by the things that are made, even His everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse:

¹⁹ For the earnest longing of the creation is waiting for the revelation of the sons of God. ²⁰ For the creation was made subject to vanity, not of choice, but by reason of Him Who subjected it, in hope ²¹ that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation is groaning and travailing in pain together until now;
