¹² All things therefore whatsoever ye would have men do to you, do ye also in like manner unto them: for this is the doctrine of the law and the prophets.

²⁸ For in Him we live and move, and exist; as some also of your own poets have said, "For we his offspring are."

²⁰ Inasmuch as from the first creation of the world, the invisible things of Him, even his eternal power and Godhead, are, if attended to, clearly seen in his works:

¹³ which we also speak of, not in words dictated by human wisdom, but in those which are dictated by the holy Spirit; explaining spiritual things by spiritual words.

¹⁵ For that which I do, I allow not: for I do not that which I would; but what I hate, this I do. ¹⁶ And if I do that which I would not, I consent to the law that it is good: ¹⁷ but now I am no more the doer of it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

⁴ For as in one body we have many members, and all the members have not the same office: ⁵ so we who are many, are one body in Christ, and every one members of each other. ⁶ But having different gifts, according to the grace conferred upon us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith:
