⁵ `And only your blood for your lives do I require; from the hand of every living thing I require it, and from the hand of man, from the hand of every man's brother I require the life of man;

²¹ And God prepareth the great monsters, and every living creature that is creeping, which the waters have teemed with, after their kind, and every fowl with wing, after its kind, and God seeth that it is good.

²⁶ There do ships go: leviathan, That Thou hast formed to play in it. ²⁷ All of them unto Thee do look, To give their food in its season. ²⁸ Thou dost give to them—they gather, Thou dost open Thy hand—they are satisfied with good. ²⁹ Thou hidest Thy face—they are troubled, Thou gatherest their spirit—they expire, And unto their dust they turn back. ³⁰ Thou sendest out Thy Spirit, they are created, And Thou renewest the face of the ground.
³¹ The honour of Jehovah is to the age, Jehovah rejoiceth in His works, ³² Who is looking to earth, and it trembleth, He cometh against hills, and they smoke. ³³ I sing to Jehovah during my life, I sing praise to my God while I exist. ³⁴ Sweet is my meditation on Him, I—I do rejoice in Jehovah. ³⁵ Consumed are sinners from the earth, And the wicked are no more. Bless, O my soul, Jehovah. Praise ye Jehovah!

²⁵ Wolf and lamb do feed as one, And a lion as an ox eateth straw, As to the serpent—dust is its food, They do no evil, nor destroy, In all My holy mountain, said Jehovah!

¹³ and every creature that is in the heaven, and in the earth, and under the earth, and the things that are upon the sea, and the all things in them, heard I saying, `To Him who is sitting upon the throne, and to the Lamb, is the blessing, and the honour, and the glory, and the might—to the ages of the ages!'

³⁰ and to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the heavens, and to every creeping thing on the earth, in which is breath of life, every green herb is for food:' and it is so.

¹⁰ The righteous knoweth the life of his beast, And the mercies of the wicked are cruel.

¹⁹ for the earnest looking out of the creation doth expect the revelation of the sons of God; ²⁰ for to vanity was the creation made subject—not of its will, but because of Him who did subject it —in hope, ²¹ that also the creation itself shall be set free from the servitude of the corruption to the liberty of the glory of the children of God; ²² for we have known that all the creation doth groan together, and doth travail in pain together till now. ²³ And not only so, but also we ourselves, having the first-fruit of the Spirit, we also ourselves in ourselves do groan, adoption expecting—the redemption of our body; ²⁴ for in hope we were saved, and hope beheld is not hope; for what any one doth behold, why also doth he hope for it ? ²⁵ and if what we do not behold we hope for, through continuance we expect it .
²⁶ And, in like manner also, the Spirit doth help our weaknesses; for, what we may pray for, as it behoveth us, we have not known, but the Spirit himself doth make intercession for us with groanings unutterable,

²¹ Who knoweth the spirit of the sons of man that is going up on high, and the spirit of the beast that is going down below to the earth?

⁶ And a wolf hath sojourned with a lamb, And a leopard with a kid doth lie down, And calf, and young lion, and fatling are together, And a little youth is leader over them. ⁷ And cow and bear do feed, Together lie down their young ones, And a lion as an ox eateth straw. ⁸ And played hath a suckling by the hole of an asp, And on the den of a cockatrice Hath the weaned one put his hand. ⁹ Evil they do not, nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For full hath been the earth with the knowledge of Jehovah, As the waters are covering the sea.

⁶ Thy righteousness is as mountains of God, Thy judgments are a great deep. Man and beast Thou savest, O Jehovah.

¹⁰ In whose hand is the breath of every living thing, And the spirit of all flesh of man.'

⁷ And the dust returneth to the earth as it was, And the spirit returneth to God who gave it.

⁶ and all flesh shall see the salvation of God.'

¹⁹ For an event is to the sons of man, and an event is to the beasts, even one event is to them; as the death of this, so is the death of that; and one spirit is to all, and the advantage of man above the beast is nothing, for the whole is vanity. ²⁰ The whole are going unto one place, the whole have been from the dust, and the whole are turning back unto the dust.
