Ezra 1:1-3

  1 H259 Now in the first H8141 year H3566 of Cyrus H4428 king H6539 of Persia, H1697 that the word H3068 of Jehovah H6310 by the mouth H3414 of Jeremiah H3615 might be accomplished, H3068 Jehovah H5782 stirred up H7307 the spirit H3566 of Cyrus H4428 king H6539 of Persia, H5674 so that he made a proclamation H4438 throughout all his kingdom, H4385 and put it also in writing, H559 saying,

  2 H559 Thus saith H3566 Cyrus H4428 king H6539 of Persia, H4467 All the kingdoms H776 of the earth H3068 hath Jehovah, H430 the God H8064 of heaven, H5414 given H6485 me; and he hath charged H1129 me to build H1004 him a house H3389 in Jerusalem, H3063 which is in Judah.

  3 H5971 Whosoever there is among you of all his people, H430 his God H5927 be with him, and let him go up H3389 to Jerusalem, H3063 which is in Judah, H1129 and build H1004 the house H3068 of Jehovah, H430 the God H3478 of Israel H430 (he is God), H3389 which is in Jerusalem.
