John 7:22-23 διὰ (Because of) τοῦτο (the fact that) Μωϋσῆς (Moses) δέδωκεν (has given) ὑμῖν (you) τὴν (-) περιτομήν (circumcision)— οὐχ (not) ὅτι (that) ἐκ (of) τοῦ (-) Μωϋσέως (Moses) ἐστὶν (it is), ἀλλ’ (but) ἐκ (of) τῶν (the) πατέρων (fathers)— καὶ (also) ἐν (on) σαββάτῳ (Sabbath) περιτέμνετε (you circumcise) ἄνθρωπον (a man).
