John 9:6-7 Ταῦτα (These things) εἰπὼν (having said), ἔπτυσεν (He spat) χαμαὶ (on the ground), καὶ (and) ἐποίησεν (made) πηλὸν (clay) ἐκ (of) τοῦ (the) πτύσματος (spittle), καὶ (and) ἐπέχρισεν* (applied) αὐτοῦ (to him) τὸν (the) πηλὸν (clay) ἐπὶ (to) τοὺς (the) ὀφθαλμούς (eyes).
