Mark 11:12-14 Καὶ (And) τῇ (on the) ἐπαύριον (next day), ἐξελθόντων (having gone out) αὐτῶν (they) ἀπὸ (from) Βηθανίας (Bethany), ἐπείνασεν (He was hungry).

BIB⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹² Καὶ (And) τῇ (on the) ἐπαύριον (next day), ἐξελθόντων (having gone out) αὐτῶν (they) ἀπὸ (from) Βηθανίας (Bethany), ἐπείνασεν (He was hungry). ¹³ καὶ (And) ἰδὼν (having seen) συκῆν (a fig tree) ἀπὸ (from) μακρόθεν (afar), ἔχουσαν (having) φύλλα (leaves), ἦλθεν (He went) εἰ (if) ἄρα (perhaps) τι (anything) εὑρήσει (He will find) ἐν (on) αὐτῇ (it). καὶ (And) ἐλθὼν (having come) ἐπ’ (to) αὐτὴν (it), οὐδὲν (nothing) εὗρεν (He found), εἰ (if) μὴ (not) φύλλα (leaves); ὁ (the) γὰρ (for) καιρὸς (season) οὐκ (not) ἦν (it was) σύκων (of figs). ¹⁴ καὶ (And) ἀποκριθεὶς (answering), εἶπεν (He said) αὐτῇ (to it), “Μηκέτι (No more) εἰς (to) τὸν (the) αἰῶνα (age), ἐκ (of) σοῦ (you) μηδεὶς (no one) καρπὸν (fruit) φάγοι (may eat).” καὶ (And) ἤκουον (were listening) οἱ (the) μαθηταὶ (disciples) αὐτοῦ (of Him).
