CLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹¹ Then he will slay it on the flank of the altar northward before Yahweh; and the sons of Aaron, the priests, will sprinkle its blood against the altar round about. ¹² He will piece it into its pieces with its head and its suet; and the priest will arrange them over the wood on the fire which is on the altar; ¹³ and he shall wash the inwards and the shanks in water. Then the priest will bring near the whole and cause it to fume on the altar. It is an ascent offering, a fire offering of fragrant odor to Yahweh.
