7 And in the third year of his reign he sends to his governors - to Ben Hail and to Obad Yah and to Zechar Yah and to Nethan El and to Michah Yah to teach in the cities of Yah Hudah:
8 and the Leviym with them - Shema Yah and Nethan Yah and Zebad Yah and Asa El and Shemi Ramoth and Yah Nathan and Adoni Yah and Tobi Yah and Tob Adoni Yah, the Leviym; and with them - Eli Shama and Yah Ram the priests:
9 and they teach in Yah Hudah and have the scroll of the torah of Yah Veh with them; and go about throughout all the cities of Yah Hudah and teach the people.
