20 And Tilgath Pileser sovereign of Ashshur comes to him and besieges him; but strengthens him not.
21 For Achaz allots of the house of Yah Veh and of the house of the sovereign and of the governors and gives it to the sovereign of Ashshur: but he helps him not:
22 and in the time of his distress he adds to treason against Yah Veh - this is that sovereign Achaz:
