THE HOUSEHOLD OF ACH AB IS DEATHIFIED
And Ach Ab has seventy sons in Shomeron: And Yah Hu inscribes scrolls and sends to Shomeron, to the governors of Yizre El, to the elders and to them who are amenable to Ach Ab, saying, 2 And now this scroll comes to you, seeing the sons of your adoni are with you and chariots and horses with you and a fortified city and armour; 3 see to the best and straightest of the sons of your adoni; and set him on the throne of his father and fight for the house of your adoni. 4 And they awe mightily and say, Behold, two sovereigns stood not at his face: how then stand we? 5 And him over the house and him over the city and the elders and the amenable send to Yah Hu, saying, We are your servants and work all you say to us; we have no man to reign: work what is good in your eyes. 6 And he inscribes them a scroll a second time, saying, If you are mine and if you hearken to my voice, take the heads of the men - the sons of your adoni and come to me to Yizre El by this time tomorrow. The sons of the sovereign - seventy men are with the great men of the city - who greatened them. 7 And so be it, the scroll comes to them, and they take the sons of the sovereign; and slaughter seventy men and set their heads in boilers and send him them to Yizre El.
