In the ninth year of Hoshea the sovereign of Ashshur captures Shomeron and exiles Yisra El to Ashshur; and sets them in Halach and in Habor by the river Gozan and in the cities of the Madaim. 7 And so be it, the sons of Yisra El sin against Yah Veh their Elohim - who ascended them from the land of Misrayim from under the hand of Paroh sovereign of Misrayim - and they awe other elohim
