13 Hearken and witness in the house of Yaaqov - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh Elohim Sabaoth
14 in the day I visit the rebellions of Yisra El on him I also visit the sacrifice altars of Beth El: and cut off the horns of the sacrifice altar to fall to the earth:
