12 And Elohim says, This is the sign of the covenant I set between me and between you and every living soul with you for eternal generations:
13 I give my bow in the cloud - a sign of a covenant between me and between the earth:
14 and so be it, when I overcloud a cloud over the earth, that the bow be seen in the cloud:
15 and I remember my covenant between me and between you and every living soul of all flesh; and the waters never again become a flood to ruin all flesh.
16 And the bow becomes in the cloud; and I see it: to remember the eternal covenant between Elohim and between every living soul of all flesh on the earth.
17 And Elohim says to Noach, This is the sign of the covenant, I raise between me and between all flesh on the earth.
