Behold, I alone survive; These - whence are they? ²² Thus says Adonay Yah Veh, Behold, I lift my hand to the goyim and lift my ensign to the people: and they bring your sons in the bosom and bear your daughters on their shoulders: ²³ and sovereigns become your nurturers and their governesses your sucklers: they prostrate to you with their nostrils toward the earth and lick up the dust of your feet; and you know I - Yah Veh: for they who await me shame not.
