How befitting on the mountains are the feet of him who evangelizes: who hearkens shalom; who evangelizes of good; who hearkens salvation; who says to Siyon, Your Elohim reigns! 8 Your watchers lift the voice; with the voice they shout together: for they see eye to eye when Yah Veh returns to Siyon.
