14 and says, Raise! Raise! Face the way! Lift the stumblingblock from the way of my people.
15 For thus says the high and lifted One who tabernacles eternally - whose name is Holy; I tabernacle in the high and holy and with the crushed and lowly spirit - to enliven the spirit of the lowly, and to enliven the heart of the crushed.
16 For I neither contend eternally nor perpetually rage: for the spirit languishes at my face, and the breaths I work.
