21 And Yisra El sends angels to Sichon sovereign of the Emoriy, saying,
22 Let me pass through your land: we neither deviate into the fields or into the vineyards; nor drink of the waters of the well: but we go along by the way of the sovereign until we pass your borders.
23 And Sichon gives not Yisra El to pass through his border: but Sichon gathers all his people together and goes and confronts Yisra El in the wilderness: and he comes to Yahsah who fights Yisra El:
