5 Blithe - he who has El of Yaaqov for his help; whose expectation is in Yah Veh his Elohim
6 - who worked the heavens and earth, the sea and all therein: who guards truth eternally;
7 who works judgment for the oppressed; who gives bread to the famished. Yah Veh looses the bound;
8 Yah Veh opens the blind; Yah Veh raises the bowed; Yah Veh loves the just;
9 Yah Veh guards the sojourners; he restores the orphan and widow; and twists the way of the wicked.
