9 H6965 בקום arose H4941 למשׁפט to judgment, H430 אלהים When God H3467 להושׁיע to save H3605 כל all H6035 ענוי the meek H776 ארץ of the earth. H5542 סלה׃ Selah.

10 H3588 כי Surely H2534 חמת the wrath H120 אדם of man H3034 תודך shall praise H7611 שׁארית thee: the remainder H2534 חמת of wrath H2296 תחגר׃ shalt thou restrain.

11 H5087 נדרו Vow, H7999 ושׁלמו and pay H3068 ליהוה unto the LORD H430 אלהיכם your God: H3605 כל let all H5439 סביביו that be round about H2986 יובילו him bring H7862 שׁי presents H4172 למורא׃ unto him that ought to be feared.
