ISV^{(i) 10} Hear me, LORD, and have mercy on me! LORD, help me! ¹¹ You have turned my mourning into dancing; you took off my sackcloth and clothed me with a garment of joy, ¹² so that I may sing praise to you and not remain silent. LORD, my God, I will give you thanks forever!
