Luke 17:20-21 Now later, upon being asked by the Pharisees as to when the reign and kingdom of God is proceeding to come, He gave a decided reply to them, and said, "The reign (or: kingdom; royal rule; sovereign activities and influences) of God is not proceeding in coming with a careful keeping watch from the side (or: by means of or accompanied by attentive or intensive observing; note: this word was used of watching the symptoms of an illness, as well as about making observations of the sky; = with visible signs).

You see – now consider this, and understand – God's reign (kingdom; royal rule; sovereign influence and activity) continually exists inside you folks (or: is on the inside of you people; or: = within your community)."
