1 Samuel 3:4-7 That the LORD called Samuel : and he answered , Here am I.

4 H3068 That the LORD H7121 called [H8799] H8050 Samuel H559 : and he answered [H8799] , Here am I.

5 H7323 And he ran [H8799] H5941 unto Eli H559 , and said [H8799] H2009 , Here am I H7121 ; for thou calledst [H8804] H559 me. And he said [H8799] H7121 , I called [H8804] H7901 not; lie down [H8798] H7725 again [H8798] H3212 . And he went [H8799] H7901 and lay down [H8799] .

6 H3068 And the LORD H7121 called [H8800] H3254 yet again [H8686] H8050 , Samuel H8050 . And Samuel H6965 arose [H8799] H3212 and went [H8799] H5941 to Eli H559 , and said [H8799] H7121 , Here am I; for thou didst call [H8804] H559 me. And he answered [H8799] H7121 , I called [H8804] H1121 not, my son H7901 ; lie down [H8798] H7725 again [H8798] .

7 H8050 Now Samuel H2962 did not yet H3045 know [H8804] H3068 the LORD H1697 , neither was the word H3068 of the LORD H1540 yet revealed [H8735] unto him.

5 H7323 וירץ And he ran H413 אל unto H5941 עלי Eli, H559 ויאמר and said, H2005 הנני H3588 כי I; for H7121 קראת thou calledst H559 לי ויאמר me. And he said, H3808 לא not; H7121 קראתי I called H7725 שׁוב again. H7901 שׁכב lie down H1980 וילך And he went H7901 וישׁכב׃ and lay down.

6 H3254 ויסף again, H3068 יהוה And the LORD H7121 קרא called H5750 עוד yet H8050 שׁמואל Samuel. H6965 ויקם arose H8050 שׁמואל And Samuel H1980 וילך and went H413 אל to H5941 עלי Eli, H559 ויאמר and said, H2005 הנני H3588 כי I; for H7121 קראת thou didst call H559 לי ויאמר me. And he answered, H3808 לא not, H7121 קראתי I called H1121 בני my son; H7725 שׁוב again. H7901 שׁכב׃ lie down

7 H8050 ושׁמואל Now Samuel H2962 טרם did not yet H3045 ידע know H853 את H3068 יהוה the LORD, H2962 וטרם yet H1540 יגלה revealed H413 אליו unto H1697 דבר neither was the word H3068 יהוה׃ of the LORD
