LITV⁽ⁱ⁾ ³ And Jehovah was with Jehoshaphat, for he walked in the first ways of his father David; and he did not seek to the Baals. ⁴ For he sought to the God of his father, and he walked in His commands, and not according to the deeds of Israel. ⁵ And Jehovah confirmed the kingdom in his hand. And all of Judah gave a present to Jehoshaphat. And he had riches and honor in abundance. ⁶ And his heart was exalted in the ways of Jehovah. And he again removed the high places and the Asherahs out of Judah.
