Numbers 24:17-18

LITV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁷ I shall see him, but not now; I shall behold him, but not near. A star shall come forth out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel and shall dash the corners of Moab, and break down all the sons of tumult. ¹⁸ And Edom shall be a possession; and Seir shall be a possession, for his foes; but Israel shall do mightily.
