Leviticus 24:12-14

MKJV^{(i) 12} And they put him under guard, so that the mind of Jehovah might be declared to them. ¹³ And Jehovah spoke to Moses saying, ¹⁴ Bring forth the despiser outside the camp. And let all that heard lay their hands on his head. Let all the congregation stone him.
