MLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹³ But accordingly you are sharing in the sufferings of the Christ with us, rejoice, in order that you may also rejoice in the revelation of his glory, being glad. ¹⁴ If you are reproached in the name of Christ, you are fortunate, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. He is indeed blasphemed according to their manner, but he is glorified according to your manner. ¹⁵ For let not anyone of you suffer like a murderer, or a thief, or an evildoer, or like a meddler in the affairs of others. ¹⁶ But if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this respect.
