15 Jehovah your God will raise up for you a prophet from the midst of you, of your brothers, like me. You* will listen to him,
16 according to all that you desired of Jehovah your God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Do not let me hear again the voice of Jehovah my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I not die.
17 And Jehovah said to me, They have well said what they have spoken.
18 I will raise up a prophet for them from among their brothers, like you. And I will put my words in his mouth and he will speak to them all that I will command him. 19 And it will happen, that whoever will not listen to my words which he will speak in my name, I will require it of him.
