MSTC⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁶ This Jesus Christ is he that came by water and blood, not by water only: but by water and blood. ⁷ And it is the spirit that beareth witness, because the spirit is truth. ⁸ For there are three that bear record: the spirit, and water, and blood: and these three are one. ⁹ If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater. For this is the witness of God, that God hath born of his son. ¹⁰ He that believeth in the son of God hath the witness in himself. He that believeth not God, maketh him a liar, because he doth not believe the witness that God hath testified of his son.
