34 As concerning that he so raised him up from death, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, 'The holy promises made to David I will give them faithfully to you.'
35 Wherefore he saith also in another place, 'Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy to see corruption.'
36 Howbeit David, after he had in his time fulfilled the will of God, he slept, and was laid with his fathers, and saw corruption.
37 But he whom God raised again, saw no corruption.
38 Be it known unto you therefore, ye men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins;
39 And that by him are all that believe justified from all things, from the which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
