And they are come? ⁴ Howbeit, I knew that thou art obstinate, and that thy neck hath an iron vein, and thy brow is of brass. ⁵ Nevertheless, I have ever since the beginning showed thee of things for to come, and declared them unto thee before they came to pass: that thou shouldest not say, "Mine Idol hath done it; my carved or cast image hath showed it."
