7 The appearance of the locusts resembled horses armed for battle; on their heads were sort of crowns like gold; their faces were like human faces,
8 their hair like women's hair, and their teeth like lions' fangs;
9 they had scales like iron coats of mail; the whirring of their wings was like the noise of many chariots rushing to battle;
10 their tails and their stings were like scorpions', and their power of hurting men for five months lay in their tails;
11 they had a king over them, the angel of the abyss — his Hebrew name is Abaddon, but in Greek he is called Apollyon.
