10 And they that were sent, returned to the house; and they found the servant that had been sick, now well.
11 And the following day, he went to a city called Nain; and his disciples were with him, and a great multitude.
12 And as he approached the gate of the city, he saw a procession bearing a dead man, the only son of his mother, and she a widow; and a great company of the people of the city were with her.
13 And Jesus looked upon her, and had compassion on her; and he said to her, Weep not.
14 And he went, and touched the bier; and they that bore him stood still. And he said: Young man, I say to thee, Arise.
15 And the dead man sat up, and began to speak: and he delivered him to his mother.
16 And awe seized all the people; and they glorified God, and said: A great prophet hath arisen among us, and God hath visited his people.
17 And that saying respecting him went out through all Judaea and all the surrounding region.
