55 And the chief priests and all the Sanhedrim sought testimony against Jesus to kill him, and did not find it.
56 For many testified falsely against him, but their testimony did not agree;
57 and some arose and testified falsely against him, saying,
58 We heard him say, I will destroy this temple made with hands, and in three days will build another made without hands.
59 And neither in this did their testimony agree.
