Acts 16:40-17:5

TKJU(i) 40 And they went out of the prison, and entered into the house of Lydia: And when they had seen the brethren, they comforted them, and departed. 17 1 Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews: 2 And Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures, 3 revealing and alleging that it was necessary for Christ to have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that, "This Jesus, whom I preach to you, is Christ." 4 And some of them believed, and united with Paul and Silas; and a large multitude of the devout Greeks, and not a few of the chief women. 5 But the Jews which did not believe, moved with envy, took certain lewd fellows of the vile sort, and gathered a company, set all the city in an uproar, and assaulted the house of Jason, and sought to bring them out to the people.
