For him only I will accept; for were it not for his sake, I would destroy you, because you have not spoken what is true against my servant Job. ⁹ So Eliphaz the Thaimanite, and Baldad the Sauchean, and Sophar the Minaian, went and did as the Lord commanded them, and he forgave them their sin for Job's sake.
