John 19:12-16

Thomson(i) 12 From this [time] Pilate sought to release him; but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend. Whoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar. 13 When Pilate therefore heard this speech, he brought out Jesus and sat down on the tribunal in a place called the pavement [in Hebrew Gabbatha.] 14 [It was now the paschal preparation day, and the sixth hour was drawing on,] and he saith to the Jews, Behold your king! 15 Whereupon they cried out, Away, away with him; crucify him. Pilate saith to them, Shall I crucify your king? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar. 16 Then he delivered him up to them to be crucified. So they took Jesus and led him away,
