3 or shall touch any impurity of man; any of his impurities by the touching of which one would be defiled, and it escaped his notice and he hath afterwards come to the knowledge of it;
4 or if a person be a transgressor, either pronouncing with his lips to do evil; or to do good according to all that the man might pronounce with an oath and it hath escaped his notice; when he hath come to the knowledge of his having inadvertently sinned in any of these cases,
