13 I am the Alpha and the Omega: the beginning and the end; the first and the last.
14 Happy they who perform his commandments that they may have access to the tree of life and enter by the gates into the city:
15 but without are the dogs and the sorcerers and the prostitutes and the murderers and the idolaters and every one who loveth and practiseth falsehood.
16 I Jesus have sent my angel to testify these things to you for the congregations. I am the root and the offspring of David; the bright and the morning star.
17 Now the spirit and the bride say, Come; and let him who heareth say Come. And let every one who thirsteth come; and let every one who is willing take of the water of life at free cost.
18 For I testify to every one who heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any one addeth to these things God will lay on him the plagues written of in this book;
19 and if any one taketh away from the words of the book of this prophecy God will take away his portion of the tree of life and of the holy city which are written of in this book.
20 He who testifieth these things saith, I am indeed coming quickly. Amen, even so come, Lord Jesus.
21 The favour of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all! Amen.
