The belts on their waists are not loose or their sandal straps broken. ²⁸ whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent; their horses' hoofs seem like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind. ²⁹ They roar like a lioness. They growl like a young lion. They growl as they snatch their prey and carry it off to where no one can rescue it. ³⁰ And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea; when one looks to the land, and lo, darkness! Distress! And light shall be darkened by its clouds.
