3 "'If you live according to my laws and obey my commands,
4 then I will give your rains in their season and the land will yield its increase and the trees of the field will yield their fruit.
5 Your threshing shall continue until the vintage, and the vintage shall continue until the sowing time. You shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, with none to make you afraid; and I will remove evil beasts out of the land, and the sword shall not pass through your land.
7 And you shall pursue your enemies, and they shall fall by the sword before you.
8 And five of you will chase a hundred and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand and your enemies will fall before you by the sword.
9 And I will turn to you, and I will make you fruitful, and I will make you numerous; and I will keep my covenant with you.
10 You shall eat old store long kept, and you shall move out the old because of the new.
11 I will make my dwelling place among you, and my soul shall not loathe you.
12 I will walk among you, and will be your God, and you will be my people.
13 "'I am the LORD your God. I brought you out of Egypt so that you are no longer slaves of the Egyptians. I have broken their power over you and made you live as a free people.
