1 Kings 17:1-7 And Elijah the Tishbite , who was of the inhabitants of Gilead , said to Ahab , As the LORD God of Israel liveth , before whom I stand , there shall not be dew nor rain these years , but according to my word.

4 H8354 [H8799] And it shall be, that thou shalt drink H5158 of the brook H6680 [H8765] ; and I have commanded H6158 the ravens H3557 [H8771] to feed thee there.

5 H3212 [H8799] So he went H6213 [H8799] and did H1697 according to the word H3068 of the LORD H3212 [H8799] : for he went H3427 [H8799] and dwelt H5158 by the brook H3747 Cherith H6440 , that is before H3383 Jordan.

6 H6158 And the ravens H935 [H8688] brought H3899 him bread H1320 and flesh H1242 in the morning H3899 , and bread H1320 and flesh H6153 in the evening H8354 [H8799] ; and he drank H5158 of the brook.

7 H7093 And it came to pass after H3117 a while H5158 , that the brook H3001 [H8799] dried up H1653 , because there had been no rain H776 in the land.
