²⁷ καὶ (And) τότε (then) ὄψονται (will they see) τὸν (the) Υἱὸν (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐρχόμενον (coming) ἐν (in) νεφέλῃ (a cloud), μετὰ (with) δυνάμεως (power) καὶ (and) δόξης (glory) πολλῆς (great).

²⁷ μέλλει (Is about) γὰρ (for) ὁ (the) Υἱὸς (Son) τοῦ (of the) ἀνθρώπου (man) ἔρχεσθαι (to come) ἐν (in) τῇ (the) δόξῃ (glory) τοῦ (the) Πατρὸς (Father) αὐτοῦ (of Him), μετὰ (with) τῶν (the) ἀγγέλων (angels) αὐτοῦ (of Him); καὶ (and) τότε (then) ἀποδώσει (He will give) ἑκάστῳ (to each) κατὰ (according to) τὴν (the) πρᾶξιν (deeds) αὐτοῦ (of him). ²⁸ Ἀμὴν (Truly) λέγω (I say) ὑμῖν (to you) ὅτι (-), εἰσίν (there are) τινες (some) τῶν (of those) ὧδε (here) ἑστώτων (standing) οἵτινες (who) οὐ (no) μὴ (not) γεύσωνται (shall taste) θανάτου (of death) ἕως (until) ἂν (-) ἴδωσιν (they have seen) τὸν (the) Υἱὸν (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐρχόμενον (coming) ἐν (in) τῇ (the) βασιλείᾳ (kingdom) αὐτοῦ (of Him).”

³⁰ Καὶ (And) τότε (then) φανήσεται (will appear) τὸ (the) σημεῖον (sign) τοῦ (of the) Υἱοῦ (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐν (in) ‹τῷ› (-) οὐρανῷ (heaven), καὶ (and) τότε (then) κόψονται (will mourn) πᾶσαι (all) αἱ (the) φυλαὶ (tribes) τῆς (of the) γῆς (earth), καὶ (and) ὄψονται (they will see) τὸν (the) Υἱὸν (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐρχόμενον (coming) ἐπὶ (on) τῶν (the) νεφελῶν (clouds) τοῦ (-) οὐρανοῦ (of heaven) μετὰ (with) δυνάμεως (power) καὶ (and) δόξης (glory) πολλῆς (great).

³¹ Ὅταν (When) δὲ (then) ἔλθῃ (comes) ὁ (the) υἱὸς (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐν (in) τῇ (the) δόξῃ (glory) αὐτοῦ (of Him), καὶ (and) πάντες (all) οἱ (the) ἄγγελοι (angels) μετ’ (with) αὐτοῦ (Him), τότε (then) καθίσει (He will sit) ἐπὶ (upon the) θρόνου (throne) δόξης (of glory) αὐτοῦ (of Him).

⁶⁴ Λέγει (Says) αὐτῷ (to him) ὁ (-) Ἰησοῦς (Jesus), “Σὺ (You) εἶπας (have said). πλὴν (But) λέγω (I say) ὑμῖν (to you), ἀπ’ (from) ἄρτι (now) ὄψεσθε (you will see) τὸν (the) Υἱὸν (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) καθήμενον (sitting) ἐκ (at) δεξιῶν (the right hand) τῆς (-) δυνάμεως (of Power) καὶ (and) ἐρχόμενον (coming) ἐπὶ (upon) τῶν (the) νεφελῶν (clouds) τοῦ (-) οὐρανοῦ (of heaven).”

²⁶ Καὶ (And) τότε (then) ὄψονται (will they see) τὸν (the) Υἱὸν (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐρχόμενον (coming) ἐν (in) νεφέλαις (the clouds), μετὰ (with) δυνάμεως (power) πολλῆς (great) καὶ (and) δόξης (glory).

⁹ Καὶ (And) ταῦτα (these things) εἰπὼν (having said), βλεπόντων (beholding) αὐτῶν (they), ἐπήρθη (He was taken up), καὶ (and) νεφέλη (a cloud) ὑπέλαβεν (hid) αὐτὸν (Him) ἀπὸ (from) τῶν (the) ὀφθαλμῶν (eyes) αὐτῶν (of them). ¹⁰ καὶ (And) ὡς (as) ἀτενίζοντες (looking intently) ἦσαν (they were) εἰς (into) τὸν (the) οὐρανὸν (heaven) πορευομένου (as was going) αὐτοῦ (He), καὶ (then) ἰδοὺ (behold) ἄνδρες (men) δύο (two) παρειστήκεισαν (stood by) αὐτοῖς (them) ἐν (in) ἐσθήσεσι (apparel) λευκαῖς (white), ¹¹ οἳ (who) καὶ (also) εἶπαν (said), “Ἄνδρες (Men), Γαλιλαῖοι (Galileans), τί (why) ἑστήκατε (do you stand) βλέποντες (looking) εἰς (into) τὸν (-) οὐρανόν (heaven)? οὗτος (This) ὁ (-) Ἰησοῦς (Jesus), ὁ (-) ἀναλημφθεὶς (having been taken up) ἀφ’ (from) ὑμῶν (you) εἰς (into) τὸν (-) οὐρανὸν (heaven), οὕτως (thus) ἐλεύσεται (will come) ὃν (in that) τρόπον (manner) ἐθεάσασθε (you beheld) αὐτὸν (Him) πορευόμενον (going) εἰς (into) τὸν (-) οὐρανόν (heaven).”

⁷ Ἰδοὺ (Behold), ἔρχεται (He is coming) μετὰ (with) τῶν (the) νεφελῶν (clouds), καὶ (and) ὄψεται (will see) αὐτὸν (Him) πᾶς (every) ὀφθαλμὸς (eye), καὶ (and) οἵτινες (those who) αὐτὸν (Him) ἐξεκέντησαν (pierced), καὶ (and) κόψονται (will wail) ἐπ’ (because of) αὐτὸν (Him) πᾶσαι (all) αἱ (the) φυλαὶ (tribes) τῆς (of the) γῆς (earth). ναί (Yes)! ἀμήν (Amen)!

¹⁴ Καὶ (And) εἶδον (I looked), καὶ (and) ἰδοὺ (behold), νεφέλη (a cloud) λευκή (white), καὶ (and) ἐπὶ (upon) τὴν (the) νεφέλην (cloud) καθήμενον (is sitting One) ὅμοιον (like) υἱὸν (the Son) ἀνθρώπου (of Man), ἔχων (having) ἐπὶ (on) τῆς (the) κεφαλῆς (head) αὐτοῦ (of Him) στέφανον (a crown) χρυσοῦν (golden), καὶ (and) ἐν (in) τῇ (the) χειρὶ (hand) αὐτοῦ (of Him) δρέπανον (a sickle) ὀξύ (sharp).
