²² And King Asa charged all Judah without exception. And they took up the stones of Ramah and its timbers with which Baasha was building; and King Asa built with them upon the whole hill of Benjamin, and the watchtower.

²⁴ Carapha, Cephira, Moni, Gabaa, twelve cities and their villages;

²⁶ Mizpah, Miron, Mozah;

¹⁷ And from the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon and its suburbs; and Geba and its suburbs;

⁵ And Samuel said, Gather all Israel to Mizpah, and I will pray for you to the Lord.

⁶ Then King Asa took all Judah, and took the stones of Ramah, and its timber, with which Baasah had built; and he built with them Geba and Mizpah.

⁶ And he came to Gedaliah, to Mizpah, and dwelt among his people that was left in the land.

¹⁰ And behold, I dwell in your presence at Mizpah, to stand before the Chaldeans who shall come against you. And gather grapes, and fruits, and oil, and put them into your vessels, and dwell in the cities which you have obtained possession of.
