¹⁴ Therefore having a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast the confession.

¹ THE BEGINNING OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD.

¹⁹ So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

⁵¹ And it happened, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and was carried up into heaven.

¹¹ who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you watched Him go into heaven."

²¹ whom it is necessary for heaven to receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.

³⁴ Who is he that condemns? Christ is the One having died, but rather also having been raised, who is even at the right hand of God, who also intercedes on our behalf.

¹⁰ He that descended, He is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.

² has in these last days spoken to us by the Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; ³ who being the effulgence of His glory and the exact expression of His substance, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

⁸ But to the Son He says: "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your Kingdom.

¹ On account of this we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away.

¹⁷ Therefore He was obligated to become like His brothers in all respects, in order that He might become a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, in order that He might make propitiation for the sins of the people.

⁵ And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of the things which would be spoken, ⁶ but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the boast of hope firm until the end.

¹⁴ For we have become partakers of Christ, if indeed we hold fast the beginning of the assurance firm until the end,

²⁰ where the Forerunner has entered in behalf of us, even Jesus, having become a High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

²⁵ Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those coming to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. ²⁶ For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, innocent, undefiled, having been separated from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;

¹ Now this is the main point of the things being said: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,

¹² Not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered once for all into the Holies, having obtained eternal redemption.

²⁴ For Christ did not enter into the holies made by hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God on our behalf;

¹² But He Himself, having offered one sacrifice for sins forever, He sat down at the right hand of God,

²³ Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

² looking unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
