And you tested those who say that they are apostles and they are not, and you found them to be liars; ³ and you have endurance and you have born patiently on account of My name, and you did not become weary. ⁴ Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. ⁵ Remember therefore from where you have fallen, and repent and do the first works; but if not, I am coming to you quickly and I will remove your lampstand out of its place, unless you repent. ⁶ But this you have, that you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. ⁷ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of My God." ' ⁸ "And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write, 'These things says the First and the Last, who became dead, and came to life: ⁹ "I know your works, and your tribulation, and your poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. ¹⁰ Fear none of those things which you are about to suffer. Behold indeed, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. ¹¹ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall in no way be harmed by the second death." ' ¹² "And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write, 'These things says He who has the sharp two-edged sword: ¹³ "I know your works, and where you live, where Satan's throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith in the days in which Antipas was My faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan is dwelling. ¹⁴ But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, both to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication. ¹⁵ Thus you also have those who hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which likewise I hate. ¹⁶ Repent therefore! Or else I will come to you quickly, and make war against them with the sword of My mouth. ¹⁷ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to him some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except he who receives it." ' ¹⁸ "And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write, 'These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass: ¹⁹ "I know your works, and love, and faith and service, and your endurance; and your last works are greater than the first. ²⁰ But I have this against you, that you tolerate your wife Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit fornication and eat things sacrificed to idols. ²¹ And I gave her time so that she might repent, and she does not wish to repent of her fornication. ²² Behold, I am casting her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, if they do not repent of her works. ²³ I will kill her children by death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works. ²⁴ But to you I say, to the rest who are in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I will put on you no other burden. ²⁵ Only hold fast what you have till I come. ²⁶ And he who overcomes, and he who keeps My works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations-- ²⁷ 'And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; they shall be smashed to pieces like clay vessels'-- ²⁸ as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star. ²⁹ "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." '

¹³ You were in the delight of the paradise of God; you were adorned with every precious stone — the sardius, topaz, emerald, carbuncle, sapphire, jasper, silver, gold, ligure, agate, amethyst, chrysolite, beryl and onyx; and you have filled your treasures and your stores in you with gold. ¹⁴ From the day that you were created you were with the cherub; I set you on the holy mount of God; you were in the midst of the stones of fire.

²⁰ For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."

²⁰ teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

³⁵ He was the burning and shining lamp, and you were willing to rejoice for a while in his light.

¹¹ saying, "That which you see, write in a book and send to the seven churches: to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea." ¹² And there I turned to see the voice which was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands, ¹³ and in the midst of the seven lampstands stood One like the Son of Man, having been clothed in a robe reaching to His feet and having been girded across His chest with a golden belt.

¹⁶ He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth proceeded a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was as the sun shining in its strength.

²⁰ The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.

⁸ "And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write, 'These things says the First and the Last, who became dead, and came to life:

⁷ "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, 'These things says the Holy One, the True One, " He who has the key of David, He that opens and no man shuts, except He that opens, and no man shall open."

¹⁴ "And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write, 'These things says the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the beginning of the creation of God:

¹⁰ Then the third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the fountains of water. ¹¹ And the name of the star is called Wormwood. And a third of the waters turned into wormwood, and many men died from the waters, because they were made bitter. ¹² Then the fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them was darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night.

¹ And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman having been clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.

⁶ For the Lord knows the way of the righteous; but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

²³ "And then I will confess to them, 'I never knew you! Depart from Me, you who work iniquity!'

¹³ For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. ¹⁴ And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. ¹⁵ Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

⁷ which is not another; except there are certain people who trouble you and wish to pervert the gospel of Christ.

¹⁴ that we may no longer be infants, being tossed as by waves, and being carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in regard to deceitful scheming,

³ constantly remembering your work of faith, labor of love, and perseverance of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father,

²¹ But test all things; hold fast that which is good.

¹⁹ Nevertheless the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those that are His," and, "Let everyone naming the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness."

¹⁰ For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

¹ But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master, the One having bought them, and bringing upon themselves swift destruction. ² And many will follow after their debaucheries, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. ³ And by covetousness they will exploit you with fabricated words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction will not sleep.

²¹ I did not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and because no lie is of the truth. ²² Who is a liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.

¹ Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are from God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

⁶ But this you have, that you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

⁸ "I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it; because you have a little strength and have kept My word, and you have not denied My name.

¹⁵ "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were cold or hot.

⁷ Submit yourself to the Lord, and make supplication to Him; do not fret because of him that prospers in his way, at the man that does unlawful deeds.

⁷ For I have suffered reproach for Your sake; shame has covered my face.

⁹ I will bear the indignation of the Lord, because I have sinned against Him, until He make good my cause: He also shall maintain my right, and shall bring me out to the light, and I shall behold His righteousness.

²¹ And they pressed into service a certain man that was passing by named Simon, a Cyrenian, the father of Alexander and Rufus, as he was coming from the country, that he might carry His cross.

¹⁵ But that which fell on the good ground, these are such who when they heard the word, with a noble and good heart, hold on to it and bear fruit with endurance.

²⁷ And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple.

¹ Then He spoke a parable to them, that one must always pray and not lose heart,

¹⁹ By your patient endurance you shall possess your souls.

²¹ But all these things they will do to you for My name's sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me.

⁷ to those who by the endurance of good works are seeking glory and honor and incorruption--eternal life.

³ And not only that, but we also rejoice in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces endurance; ⁴ and endurance, character; and character, hope.

²⁵ But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly await it with endurance.

¹² rejoicing in hope, enduring in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer;

⁴ For as many things as were previously written, were written for our own instruction, that through the patience and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we may have hope. ⁵ Now may the God of patience and of encouragement grant you to be like-minded among one another, according to Christ Jesus,

¹² Greet Tryphena and Tryphosa, who have labored in the Lord. Greet the beloved Persis, who labored much in the Lord.

⁷ bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

¹⁶ that you also subject yourselves to such people and to everyone who works and labors with us.

¹ Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received mercy, we do not despair,

¹⁶ Therefore we do not despair, but even if our outward man is being destroyed, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.

⁹ Therefore also we have as our ambition, whether being at home, or being away from home, to be well pleasing to Him.

⁵ in stripes, in imprisonments, in disturbances, in labors, in sleepless nights, in fastings;

¹⁵ not boasting beyond the limits in the labors of others, but having hope, that as your faith is increased, we shall be greatly enlarged by you according to our sphere of influence,

²³ Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am even more: in labors far more, in beatings immeasurably, in imprisonments far more, in deaths often.

² Bear one another's burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ.

⁹ And while we do good, let us not lose heart, for in due season we shall reap if we do not become weary.

¹⁶ holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.

³ Yes, I ask you also, true companion, help these women who labored together with me in the gospel, and with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the Book of Life.

¹¹ being strengthened with all power, according to the might of His glory, for all endurance and longsuffering with joy;

⁹ For you remember, brothers, our labor and toil; for laboring night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, we proclaimed to you the gospel of God.

¹² And we request of you, brothers, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and instruct you,

⁵ Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.

⁸ nor did we eat bread from anyone without paying, but in labor and hardship, working night and day, so as not to be a burden to any of you,

¹³ But as for you, brothers, do not lose heart in doing good.

¹⁰ For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers.

¹⁷ Let the elders having ruled well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.

¹² lest you become dull, but become imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

¹⁵ And so, after he had been patient, he obtained the promise.

³⁶ For you have need of endurance, so that having done the will of God, you may receive the promise:

¹ So therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every impediment, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

³ For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you be weary and discouraged in your souls. ⁴ You have not yet resisted to the point of bloodshed, struggling against sin. ⁵ And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: "My son, do not despise the discipline of the LORD, nor be discouraged when you are reproved;

¹³ Therefore let us go out to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach.

³ knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. ⁴ But let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.

⁷ Therefore be patient, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer awaits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient for it, until it receives the early and late rain. ⁸ You also be patient. Establish your hearts, because the coming of the Lord has drawn near. ⁹ Do not murmur against one another, brothers, lest you be judged. Behold, the Judge stands before the doors! ¹⁰ My brothers, take the prophets, who spoke in the name of the Lord, as an example of evil suffering and of longsuffering. ¹¹ Indeed we count those blessed who endure. You have heard of the patience of Job, and you saw the end of the Lord--that He is compassionate and He is merciful.

⁶ and with knowledge self-control, and with self-control perseverance, and with perseverance godliness,

⁹ I, John, your brother and partaker in the tribulation and kingdom and endurance in Christ Jesus, came to be on the island that is called Patmos on account of the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

¹⁰ Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of testing which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those that dwell upon the earth.

² I remember the kindness of your youth, and the love of your betrothal, ³ in following the Holy One of Israel, says the Lord, Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the firstfruits of His increase. All that devoured him shall offend; evils shall come upon them, says the Lord. ⁴ Hear the word of the Lord, O house of Jacob, and every family of the house of Israel. ⁵ Thus says the Lord, What trespass have your fathers found in Me, that they have revolted far from Me, and gone after vanities, and have become vain?

¹² And because lawlessness will increase, the love of many will grow cold. ¹³ But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

⁹ And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all perception,

¹³ Brothers, I do not count myself to have laid hold; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, ¹⁴ I press toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. ¹⁵ Therefore, as many as are mature, let us think this way; and if in anything you think otherwise, even this God will reveal to you. ¹⁶ Nevertheless, to what we have attained, let us walk by the same rule, being of the same mind.

⁹ Now concerning brotherly love you have no need for me to write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another. ¹⁰ For indeed you do so toward all the brothers in all Macedonia. But we exhort you, brothers, that you increase more and more,

³ We are obligated to give thanks to God always for you, brothers, and rightfully so, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all increases towards one another,

¹⁰ For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister. ¹¹ But we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end,

¹⁴ But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, both to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication.

²⁰ But I have this against you, that you tolerate your wife Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit fornication and eat things sacrificed to idols.

¹⁴ "And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write, 'These things says the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the beginning of the creation of God: ¹⁵ "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were cold or hot. ¹⁶ Therefore, since you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of My mouth. ¹⁷ Because you say, 'I am wealthy, and have become rich, and have need of nothing'--and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked,

²⁶ And I will establish your judges as before, and your counselors as at the beginning; and afterward you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful mother city of Zion.

¹² How has Lucifer, that rose of the morning, fallen from heaven! He that sent orders to all the nations is crushed to the earth.

² I remember the kindness of your youth, and the love of your betrothal, ³ in following the Holy One of Israel, says the Lord, Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the firstfruits of His increase. All that devoured him shall offend; evils shall come upon them, says the Lord.

⁶¹ Then you shall remember your way, and shall be utterly dishonored when you receive your elder sisters with your younger ones, and I will give them to you for building up, but not by your covenant. ⁶² And I will establish My covenant with you; and you shall know that I am the Lord, ⁶³ that you may remember, and be ashamed, and may no more be able to open your mouth for your shame, when I am reconciled to you for all that you have done, says the Lord.

⁴³ And you shall there remember your ways, and your devices in which you defiled yourselves; and you shall bewail yourselves for all your wickedness.

³¹ And you shall remember your evil ways and your practices that were not good, and you shall be hateful in your own sight for your transgressions and for your abominations.

¹⁰ I found Israel as grapes in the wilderness, and I saw their fathers as an early watchman in a fig tree. They went in to Baal Peor, and were shamefully estranged, and the abominable became as the beloved.

¹ Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God; for the people have fallen through your iniquities.

⁴ And the sacrifice of Judah and Jerusalem shall be pleasing to the Lord, according to the former days, and according to the former years.

⁶ who shall turn again the heart of the father to the son, and the heart of a man to his neighbor, lest I come and smite the earth grievously.

⁴¹ They said to Him, "He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other farmers, who will render to him the fruits in their seasons." ⁴² Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: 'The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. This was the LORD's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes'? ⁴³ "Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God shall be taken away from you, and it shall be given to a nation producing the fruits of it.

⁴⁸ But if that evil servant should say in his heart, 'My master is delaying to come,' ⁴⁹ "and should begin to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, ⁵⁰ the master of that servant will come on a day which he does not expect, and in an hour which he does not know, ⁵¹ and he will cut him in two, and will appoint his share with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

⁹ Therefore what will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and will destroy the farmers, and give the vineyard to others.

¹⁷ And he himself will go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, 'to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,' and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."

⁴⁵ But if that servant says in his heart, 'My master is delaying his coming,' and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and be drunk, ⁴⁶ the master of that servant will come on a day which he does not expect, and at an hour which he does not know, and he will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.

¹⁶ He will come and destroy those farmers and give the vineyard to others." And when they heard it they said, "May it never be!"

³⁰ So then these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now He commands all men everywhere to repent, ³¹ because He has appointed a day in which He is going to judge the world in righteousness by a Man whom He appointed, having given proof to all, by raising Him from the dead."

⁴ You have become estranged from Christ, you who are justified by law; you have fallen from grace.

³² But remember the former days, in which after you were enlightened, you endured a great struggle of sufferings,

¹² Therefore I shall not neglect to constantly remind you concerning these things, although you know and have been established in the present truth. ¹³ But I consider it right, as long as I am in this tent, to stir you up by a reminder,

²⁴ Now to Him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to make you stand before His glory, blameless with exultation,

² "I know your works, and your labor, and your endurance, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you tested those who say that they are apostles and they are not, and you found them to be liars;

¹⁶ Repent therefore! Or else I will come to you quickly, and make war against them with the sword of My mouth.

¹⁹ "I know your works, and love, and faith and service, and your endurance; and your last works are greater than the first.

² Be watchful, and keep that which remains, which you were about to cast out, for I have not found your works perfect before My God. ³ Remember therefore how you have received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you like a thief, and by no means shall you know what hour I will come upon you.

¹⁹ As many as I love, I rebuke and discipline. Be zealous therefore, and repent.

²⁰ But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent from the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and of wood, which neither are able to see nor to hear nor to walk. ²¹ And they did not repent of their murders, nor of their drugs, nor of their fornication or their thefts.

⁹ And men were burned with severe burns, and men blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent to give Him glory.

² And Jehu the prophet, the son of Hanani went out to meet him, and said to him, King Jehoshaphat, do you help a sinner, or act friendly towards one hated of the Lord? Therefore has wrath come upon you from the Lord.

⁵ I have hated the assembly of evildoers; and will not sit with the ungodly.

³ I have not set before my eyes any unlawful thing; I have hated transgressors.

²¹ Have I not hated them, O Lord, that hate You? And have I not wasted away because of Your enemies? ²² I have hated them with perfect hatred; they were counted as my enemies.

⁹ Everyone who transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ, this one has both the Father and the Son. ¹⁰ If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house, and do not greet him;

⁹ And God made to spring up also out of the earth every tree beautiful to the eye and good for food, and the tree of life in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

^{22 (3:23)} And God said, Behold, Adam has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, lest at any time he stretch forth his hand, and take of the tree of life and eat, and so he shall live forever — ^{23 (3:24)} so the Lord God sent him forth out of the garden of Delight, to cultivate the ground out of which he was taken. ^{24 (3:25)} And He cast out Adam and caused him to dwell over against the garden of Delight, and stationed the cherubim and the fiery sword that turns about to keep the way of the tree of life

¹⁸ She is a tree of life to all that lay hold of her, and she is a secure help to all that stay themselves on her, as on the Lord.

³⁰ Out of the fruit of righteousness grows a tree of life, but the souls of transgressors are cut off before their time.

¹² Better is he that begins to help heartily, than he that promises and leads another to hope; for a good desire is a tree of life.

⁴ The wholesome tongue is a tree of life, and he that keeps it shall be filled with understanding.

⁸ And such cypresses as these were in the paradise of God; and there were no pines like his shoots, and there were no firs like his branches; no tree in the paradise of God was like him in his beauty,

¹⁵ He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

⁹ He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

⁴³ Then the righteous will shine forth like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

¹⁵ There is nothing from outside a man, that entering into him, can defile him; but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man.

⁴³ And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise."

³³ These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; but have courage, I have overcome the world."

¹⁰ But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.

⁴ Now there are varieties of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit. ⁵ And there are varieties of ministries, but the same Lord. ⁶ And there are varieties of activities, but the same God works all in all. ⁷ But to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the profit {\I of all). ⁸ For to one is given a word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another a word of knowledge according to the same Spirit, ⁹ and to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, ¹⁰ to another the working of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another discerning of spirits, and to another different kinds of tongues, and to another interpretation of tongues. ¹¹ But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills. ¹² For just as the body is one and has many parts, but all the parts of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.

⁴ that he was caught up into Paradise and heard unspeakable words, which it is not permitted for a man to utter.

⁴ because everything having been born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that has overcome the world--your faith. ⁵ Who is he that overcomes the world, if not he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

¹¹ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall in no way be harmed by the second death." '

¹⁷ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to him some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except he who receives it." '

²⁶ And he who overcomes, and he who keeps My works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations-- ²⁷ 'And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; they shall be smashed to pieces like clay vessels'-- ²⁸ as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star. ²⁹ "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." '

⁵ He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and by no means shall I erase his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. ⁶ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." '

¹² He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and by no means shall he go out any longer. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down from heaven from My God. And My new name. ¹³ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." '

²¹ He that overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. ²² He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." ' "

¹⁰ Then I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, "Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ, because the accuser of our brothers, the one who accused them before our God day and night, has been thrown out of heaven. ¹¹ And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

⁹ If anyone has an ear, let him hear.

¹³ And I heard a voice out of heaven saying, "Write: 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on,' "Yes," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow with them."

² And I saw something like a glassy sea having been mixed with fire, and those who prevailed over the Beast, and over his image, and over the number of his name, standing on the glassy sea, having the harps of God.

⁷ He that overcomes I shall give to him these things, and I shall be God to him, and he shall be to Me a son.

² In the middle of its street, and on both sides of the river was the tree of life, producing twelve fruits, each yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.

¹⁴ Blessed are those who do His commandments, so that their right shall be to the tree of life, and they may enter by the gates into the city.

¹⁷ And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. The one who desires, let him take the water of life freely.

⁸ "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "He who is and He who was and He who is to come, The Almighty."

¹¹ saying, "That which you see, write in a book and send to the seven churches: to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea."

¹⁷ And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as if dead. But He put His right hand on me, saying, "Do not fear; I am the First and the Last. ¹⁸ I am He who lives, and became dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Death and of Hades.

¹ "To the angel of the church of Ephesus write, 'These things says He that holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lampstands:

¹⁰ Then Jesus said to him, "Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him alone you shall serve.' "

¹⁸ "The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed;

²⁰ Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said: "Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.

²¹ So is he who accumulates treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God."

⁶⁵ And many other things they blasphemously spoke against Him.

²² strengthening the souls of the disciples, urging them to continue in the faith, saying, "Through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God."

¹¹ And I punished them often in all the synagogues, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even as far as to foreign cities.

¹⁷ Behold, you are called a Jew, and rest on the law, and boast in God,

²⁸ For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in flesh; ²⁹ but he is a Jew that is one inwardly; and circumcision is of the heart, in spirit, not in letter, whose praise is not of men but of God.

³ And not only that, but we also rejoice in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces endurance;

³⁵ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?

⁶ But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all those of Israel are of Israel,

¹⁰ as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

² how that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their generosity.

⁹ For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet on account of you He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.

⁴ For even when we were with you, we were telling you in advance that we were going to be afflicted, just as it also happened, and you know.

⁶ since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with affliction those who afflict you, ⁷ and to give you who are being afflicted rest along with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with His mighty angels,

¹³ I, who was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I was shown mercy because, being ignorant, I did it in unbelief,

¹⁸ to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous, sharing,

⁵ Listen, my beloved brothers. Did God not choose the poor of the world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those that love Him? ⁶ But you have dishonored the poor. Do not the rich oppress you and drag you into court?

⁹ Behold, I will give those of the synagogue of Satan, those who say they are Jews and are not, but they are lying—behold, I will compel them to come and bow down at your feet, and they shall know that I have loved you.

¹⁷ Because you say, 'I am wealthy, and have become rich, and have need of nothing'--and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked, ¹⁸ I counsel you to buy from Me gold having been tried by fire, so that you may become rich; and white robes, so that you may be clothed, and the shame of your nakedness may not appear; and eye salve, so that you may anoint your eyes, in order that you may see.

¹⁴ And I said to him, "My lord, you know." So he said to me, "These are those who come out of the Great Tribulation, and have washed their robes and they made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

¹² Please test your servants ten days, and let them give us vegetables to eat, and water to drink.

¹⁴ And he hearkened to them, and tested them ten days.

¹⁶ Then Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego answered and said to King Nebuchadnezzar, We have no need to answer you concerning this matter. ¹⁷ For our God whom we serve is in the heavens, able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He shall rescue us from your hands, O king. ¹⁸ But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods, neither will we worship the image which you have set up.

³ For the vision is yet for a time, and it shall shoot forth at the end, and not in vain: though he should tarry, wait for him; for he will surely come, and will not tarry.

²² And you will be hated by all people for My name's sake. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

²⁸ And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both the soul and the body in hell.

¹³ But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

³⁵ For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel's, will save it.

¹³ And you will be hated by all on account of My name. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

⁴ "And I say to you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have nothing further they can do. ⁵ But I will show you whom you should fear: fear Him who after He kills, has authority to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him! ⁶ Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. ⁷ But the very hairs of your head have all been numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

¹² But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and they will persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and rulers on account of My name.

¹⁶ You will be betrayed even by parents and relatives, friends and brothers; and they will put some of you to death. ¹⁷ And you will be hated by all people for My name's sake. ¹⁸ But not a hair of your head shall by any means perish. ¹⁹ By your patient endurance you shall possess your souls.

²⁵ He that loves his life shall lose it, and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it for eternal life.

² And after supper, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray Him,

²⁷ And after the piece of bread, then Satan entered him. Therefore Jesus said to him, "What you do, do quickly."

²⁴ But I count myself as nothing; nor do I regard my life as valuable to myself, so that I may complete my course with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to bear solemn testimony to the gospel of the grace of God.

¹³ Then Paul answered, "What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem, in behalf of the name of the Lord Jesus."

²⁵ And everyone who competes exercises self-control in all things. Now they compete in order that they may receive a perishable crown, but we compete for an imperishable crown.

² in which you once walked according to the age of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit which is now working in the sons of disobedience,

¹² For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenlies.

⁷ I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. ⁸ Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not only to me, but also to all those who have loved His appearing.

¹² Blessed is the man who endures temptation; because when he is approved, he shall receive the crown of life which the Lord promised to those who love Him.

⁶ In which you greatly rejoice, though for a little while now, if need be, you have been distressed by various trials, ⁷ so that the genuineness of your faith, which is more precious than gold that perishes, though being tested with fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

⁴ And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.

⁸ Be sober, be watchful; your adversary the devil walks about as a roaring lion, seeking someone he may devour.

¹⁰ Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of testing which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those that dwell upon the earth. ¹¹ I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no man may take your crown.

⁹ And the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

² And the Beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.

⁷ And it was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, people, language, and nation.

¹⁵ And it was granted to him to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. ¹⁶ And he causes all, small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, that they should receive marks on their right hand, or on their foreheads, ¹⁷ and that no one may buy or sell except he that has the mark, the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

⁷ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of My God." '

⁶ Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection. Over these the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him for a thousand years.

¹⁴ Then Death and Hades were thrown into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death, the Lake of Fire.

⁸ But the cowardly, and unbelieving, and sinners, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and drug users, and idolaters, and all who are false shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

⁴ but He shall judge the cause of the lowly, and shall reprove the lowly of the earth; and He shall smite the earth with the word of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips shall He destroy the ungodly one.

¹² For the word of God is living and effectual, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

¹⁵ And out of His mouth proceeds a sharp, double-edged sword, so that with it He might strike the nations. And He will shepherd them with an iron rod. And He treads the winepress of the wine of the wrath of Almighty God.

²¹ And the rest were slain with the sword which proceeds from the mouth of Him who rode on the horse. And all the birds gorged themselves with their flesh.

²³ But whenever they persecute you in this city, flee to another. For assuredly I say to you, by no means will you have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes.

⁹ Then they will hand you over to tribulation and they will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations, on account of My name.

¹⁷ And you will be hated by all people for My name's sake.

¹⁴ and here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who are calling on Your name."

²⁰ And when the blood of Your witness Stephen was shed, I myself was standing by consenting to his murder, and guarding the clothes of those murdering him.'

⁸ But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

¹³ Hold to the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.

¹² If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.

⁶ but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the boast of hope firm until the end.

²³ Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

⁷ Do they not blaspheme the noble name by which you are called?

³ Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you about our common salvation, it became necessary to write to you exhorting you to earnestly contend for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. ⁴ For certain men have crept in unawares, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, changing the grace of our God into licentiousness and denying the only Master God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

⁹ "I know your works, and your tribulation, and your poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. ¹⁰ Fear none of those things which you are about to suffer. Behold indeed, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

²⁴ But to you I say, to the rest who are in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I will put on you no other burden. ²⁵ Only hold fast what you have till I come.

³ Remember therefore how you have received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you like a thief, and by no means shall you know what hour I will come upon you.

⁸ "I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it; because you have a little strength and have kept My word, and you have not denied My name. ⁹ Behold, I will give those of the synagogue of Satan, those who say they are Jews and are not, but they are lying—behold, I will compel them to come and bow down at your feet, and they shall know that I have loved you.

¹¹ I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no man may take your crown.

¹² Here is the endurance of the saints; those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

¹⁴ And now, behold, I return to my place; come, I will advise you of what this people shall do to your people in the last days.

¹ And Israel sojourned in Shittim, and the people profaned themselves by committing harlotry with the daughters of Moab. ² And they called them to the sacrifices of their idols; and the people ate of their sacrifices, and worshipped their idols. ³ And Israel consecrated themselves to Baal of Peor; and the Lord was very angry with Israel.

⁸ And they killed the kings of Midian together with their slain subjects; even Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba, the five kings of Midian; and they killed with the sword Balaam the son of Beor with their other slain.

¹⁶ For they were the occasion to the children of Israel by the word of Balaam of their revolting and despising the word of the Lord, because of Peor. And there was a plague in the congregation of the Lord.

⁹ And Balak, king of Moab, son of Siphor, rose up, and made war against Israel, and sent and called Balaam to curse us.

¹⁴ And they shall say, Clear the ways before him, and take up the stumbling blocks out of the way of My people.

²¹ Therefore thus says the Lord, Behold, I will bring weakness upon this people, and the fathers and sons shall be weak together; the neighbor and his friend shall perish.

²⁰ And when the righteous turns away from his righteousness, and commits a trespass, and I shall bring punishment before him, he shall die, because you did not warn him: he shall even die in his sins, because his righteousness shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at your hand.

¹² Because they ministered to them before their idols, and it became to the house of Israel a punishment of iniquity; therefore have I lifted up My hand against them, says the Lord God.

⁷ Woe to the world because of offenses! For offenses must come, but woe to that man through whom the offense comes!

²⁰ but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, and from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood. ²¹ "For Moses has had from ancient generations those who proclaim him in each city, being read in the synagogues from one Sabbath to another."

²⁹ that you abstain from meat offered to idols, and from blood, and from anything strangled, and from fornication; from which keeping yourselves back, you will do well. Farewell.

²⁵ But concerning the Gentiles having believed, we wrote, having judged that they should keep no such thing, except that they should keep themselves from things offered to idols, from blood, and from anything strangled, and from fornication."

³² Why? Because they did not seek it by faith, but as it were, by the works of the law. For they stumbled the stone of stumbling.

⁹ And David says: "Let their table become a snare and a trap, a stumbling block and a recompense to them.

¹³ Therefore let us no longer judge one another, but judge this rather, not to put a stumbling block or an offense before our brother.

²¹ It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor to do anything by which your brother stumbles or is offended or becomes weak.

²³ but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block, and to the Greeks foolishness,

¹³ Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but God will destroy both this stomach and these foods. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. ¹⁴ Now God has both raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up through His power. ¹⁵ Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! ¹⁶ Do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For "the two," He says, "shall become one flesh." ¹⁷ But he that is joined with the Lord is one spirit with Him. ¹⁸ Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits fornication sins against his own body.

² Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.

⁴ Therefore concerning the eating of the things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one. ⁵ For even if they are being called "gods" whether in heaven or on earth (just as there are many gods and many lords), ⁶ yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live. ⁷ However, this knowledge is not in all people; rather some, with consciousness of the idol, until now eat it as something offered to idols; and their conscience, being weak, is defiled. ⁸ But food does not commend us to God; for neither if we eat do we have more, nor if we do not eat do we lack. ⁹ But beware lest somehow this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak. ¹⁰ For if anyone should see you who has knowledge dining in an idol's temple, will not his conscience, being weak, be strengthened so that they eat foods offered to idols? ¹¹ And because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for the sake of whom Christ died? ¹² But when you thus sin against the brothers, and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ. ¹³ Wherefore, if food causes my brother to stumble, I will by no means eat meat, lest I cause my brother to stumble.

¹⁸ Look at Israel according to the flesh: are not those who eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar? ¹⁹ What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? ²⁰ No, but that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not desire that you should have fellowship with demons. ²¹ You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord's table and of the table of demons. ²² Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than He? ²³ All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify. ²⁴ Let no one seek his own concerns, but let each one seek another's concern. ²⁵ Eat everything being sold in the meat market, questioning nothing, for conscience' sake; ²⁶ for "The earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness." ²⁷ And if any of the unbelievers invites you to dinner, and you desire to go, eat whatever is set before you, questioning nothing, for conscience' sake. ²⁸ But if anyone says to you, "This was offered to idols," do not eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for his conscience' sake; for "The earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness." ²⁹ "Conscience," I say, not your own, but that of the other. For why is my freedom judged by another man's conscience? ³⁰ But if I partake with thanks, why am I defamed for that of which I give thanks? ³¹ Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.

⁴ Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

⁸ and "a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense." They stumble, being disobedient to the word, to which they also were appointed.

¹⁵ They have left behind the straight way and gone astray, having followed after the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

¹¹ Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, and in the error of Balaam they have rushed for profit, and have perished in the rebellion of Korah.

⁴ Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.

¹⁵ But outside are dogs and drug users and fornicators and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices a lie.

² and He has made my mouth as a sharp sword, and He has hid me under the shadow of His hand; He has made me as a choice shaft, and He has hid me in His quiver;

¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;

⁸ And then the lawless one will be unveiled, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth, and will destroy by the brightness of His coming,

⁵ Remember therefore from where you have fallen, and repent and do the first works; but if not, I am coming to you quickly and I will remove your lampstand out of its place, unless you repent.

⁷ Behold, I am coming swiftly! Blessed is he that keeps the words of the prophecy of this book."

¹⁴ The Lord is the strength of them that fear Him; and His covenant is to manifest truth to them.

⁸ They shall be fully satisfied with the fatness of Your house; and You shall cause them to drink of the full stream of Your delights.

³² For every transgressor is unclean before the Lord, neither does he sit among the righteous.

¹⁰ If a man's mind is intelligent, his soul is sorrowful; and when he rejoices, he has no fellowship with pride.

⁴ Thus says the Lord to the eunuchs: as many as shall keep My Sabbaths, and choose the things which I take pleasure in, and take hold of My covenant;

² And the Gentiles shall see your righteousness, and kings your glory; and one shall call you by a new name, which the Lord shall name.

¹³ Therefore thus says the Lord: Behold, My servants shall eat, but you shall hunger; behold, My servants shall drink, but you shall thirst; behold, My servants shall rejoice, but you shall be ashamed;

¹⁵ For you shall leave your name for a loathing to My chosen, and the Lord shall destroy you; but My servants shall be called by a new name,

¹¹ He answered and said to them, "To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

³² But He said to them, "I have food to eat of which you do not know."

⁴⁸ I am the bread of life. ⁴⁹ Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and died. ⁵⁰ This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. ⁵¹ I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world." ⁵² Therefore the Jews were contending with one another, saying, "How can this Man give us His flesh to eat?" ⁵³ Then Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. ⁵⁴ Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up in the last day. ⁵⁵ For My flesh truly is food, and My blood truly is drink. ⁵⁶ He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. ⁵⁷ Just as the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. ⁵⁸ This is the bread which came down from heaven, not as your fathers ate the manna, and died. He that eats this bread shall live forever."

¹⁴ But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

³ For you died, and your life has been hidden with Christ in God.

⁶ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." '

²² He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." ' "

³ And they sang a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one was able to learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who had been redeemed from the earth.

¹² His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns, having names written, and a name written that no one knows except Himself. ¹³ And He is clothed in a robe having been dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

⁷ declaring the ordinance of the Lord: the Lord has said to Me, You are My Son, today I have begotten You.

¹⁷ And behold, a voice came out of the heavens, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I have found delight."

³ And approaching Him, the tempter said, "If You are the Son of God, speak so that these stones may become bread." ⁴ But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.' " ⁵ Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, and set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, ⁶ and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written: 'He shall give His angels orders concerning you,' and, 'In their hands they will lift you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.' "

⁵ While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and behold, a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!"

⁵⁴ So when the centurion and those with him guarding Jesus, when they saw the earthquake and the things that had happened, they were greatly afraid, saying, "Truly this was the Son of God!"

³⁵ And the angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of the Most High shall overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy Baby which is to be born shall be called the Son of God.

¹⁴ And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

⁴⁹ Nathanael answered and said to Him, "Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!"

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

¹⁸ He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

³⁵ The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. ³⁶ He who believes in the Son has eternal life; and he who does not believe the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

²⁵ Most assuredly I say to you, that an hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those having heard shall live.

³⁶ do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'?

³⁶ Now as they were going down the road, they came upon some water. And the eunuch said, "Behold, here is water: what prevents me from being baptized?"

⁴ who was declared Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness by the resurrection of the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord,

³² He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up on behalf of us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

¹⁴ And His head and His hair were white, and like white wool, like snow, and His eyes were like a flame of fire; ¹⁵ And His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters;

⁹ But let the faithful hold on his own way, and let him that is pure of hands take courage.

¹⁴ Then shall they be increased in a fine old age; and they shall be prosperous; that they may declare

¹⁸ But the ways of the righteous shine like light; they go forth and shine, until the day has fully come.

² Every branch in Me which does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch which bears fruit He prunes, so that it may bear more fruit.

¹ Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become as sounding brass or a clashing cymbal. ² And though I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. ³ And though I give away all my possessions to feed the poor, and though I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. ⁴ Love is patient, love is kind; love does not envy; love does not boast, is not puffed up; ⁵ does not behave disgracefully, does not seek its own, is not provoked to anger, thinks no evil; ⁶ does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; ⁷ bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. ⁸ Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they shall pass away; whether there are tongues, they shall cease; whether there is knowledge, it shall pass away.

¹⁴ But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

⁶ But now when Timothy came to us from you, and brought good news to us of your faith and your love, and that you have good remembrance of us always, longing to see us, as we also long to see you--

⁵ Now the goal of the commandment is love out of a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith,

⁸ And above all things have fervent love for one another, because "love will cover a multitude of sins."

⁷ and with godliness brotherly love, and with brotherly love, love.

¹⁸ but grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

² "I know your works, and your labor, and your endurance, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you tested those who say that they are apostles and they are not, and you found them to be liars; ³ and you have endurance and you have born patiently on account of My name, and you did not become weary. ⁴ Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.

¹³ "I know your works, and where you live, where Satan's throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith in the days in which Antipas was My faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan is dwelling.

¹⁵ lest at any time you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and sacrifice to their gods, and they call you, and you should eat of their feasts,

¹ And Israel sojourned in Shittim, and the people profaned themselves by committing harlotry with the daughters of Moab. ² And they called them to the sacrifices of their idols; and the people ate of their sacrifices, and worshipped their idols.

³¹ And it was not enough for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, but he took Jezabel the daughter of Ethebaal king of the Sidonians for a wife; and he went and served Baal, and worshipped him.

⁴ And it shall be that you shall drink water of the brook, and I will command the ravens to feed you there.

¹³ And Elijah said to her, Be of good courage, go in and do according to your word; but make me a little cake from it first, and you shall bring it out to me, and you shall make some for yourself and your children last.

¹ And Ahab told Jezebel his wife all that Elijah had done, and how he had slain the prophets with the sword. ² And Jezebel sent to Elijah, and said, If you are Elijah and I am Jezebel, God do so to me and more also, if I do not make your life by this time tomorrow as the life of one of them!

⁷ And Jezebel his wife said to him, Do you now thus act this way, being king over Israel? Arise, and eat bread, and be your own master, and I will give you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite. ⁸ And she wrote a letter in the name of Ahab, and sealed it with his seal, and sent the letter to the elders, and to the freemen who dwelt with Naboth. ⁹ And it was written in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth in a chief place among the people. ¹⁰ And set two men, sons of transgressors, before him, and let them testify against him, saying, He blasphemed God and the king: and let them lead him forth, and stone him, and let him die. ¹¹ And the men of his city, the elders, and the nobles who dwelt in his city, did as Jezabel sent to them, and as it had been written in the letters which she sent to them. ¹² And they proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth in a chief place among the people. ¹³ And two men, sons of transgressors, came in, and sat opposite him, and bore witness against him, saying, You have 6blasphemed God and the king. And they led him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, and he died. ¹⁴ And they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth has been stoned, and is dead. ¹⁵ And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard it, that she said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, who would not sell it to you; for Naboth is not alive, for he is dead.

²³ And the Lord spoke of Jezebel, saying, The dogs shall devour her within the walls of Jezreel. ²⁴ Him that is dead of Ahab in the city shall the dogs eat, and him that dies in the field of Ahab shall the birds of the sky eat. ²⁵ But Ahab did wickedly, in that he sold himself to do that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, as his wife Jezebel led him astray.

⁷ And you shall utterly destroy the house of Ahab your master from before Me, and shall avenge the blood of My servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the Lord, at the hand of Jezebel,

³⁰ Now when Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel has heard of it, and colored her eyes, and adorned her head, and looked out through the window. ³¹ And Jehu entered into the city, and she said, Is it peace, Zimri, the murderer of his master? ³² And he lifted up his face toward the window, and saw her, and said, Who are you? Come down with me. And two eunuchs looked down towards him. ³³ And he said, Throw her down. And they threw her down, and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses; and they trampled on her. ³⁴ And Jehu went in and ate and drank, and said, Look after this cursed woman and bury her, for she is a king's daughter. ³⁵ And they went to bury her; but they found no more of her but the skull and the feet and the palms of her hands. ³⁶ And they returned and told him. And he said, It is the word of the Lord, which He spoke by the hand of Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall the dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel. ³⁷ And the carcass of Jezebel shall be as dung on the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel, so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.

²⁰ but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, and from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood.

¹⁰ For if anyone should see you who has knowledge dining in an idol's temple, will not his conscience, being weak, be strengthened so that they eat foods offered to idols? ¹¹ And because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for the sake of whom Christ died? ¹² But when you thus sin against the brothers, and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ.

¹⁸ Look at Israel according to the flesh: are not those who eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar? ¹⁹ What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? ²⁰ No, but that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not desire that you should have fellowship with demons. ²¹ You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord's table and of the table of demons.

²⁸ But if anyone says to you, "This was offered to idols," do not eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for his conscience' sake; for "The earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness."

⁴ For thus says the Lord, Shall not he that falls arise? Or he that turns away, shall he not turn back again? ⁵ Why have My people turned away with a shameless revolting, and strengthened themselves in their willfulness, and refused to return? ⁶ Hearken, I pray, and hear: will they not speak thus, There is no man that repents of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? The runner has failed from his course, as a tired horse in his neighing.

⁴ Or do you despise the riches of His kindness, and forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance? ⁵ But according to your hardness and impenitent heart you are storing up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God,

²² But what if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make known His power, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath having been prepared for destruction,

²⁰ who formerly disobeyed, when the longsuffering of God was waiting in the days of Noah, when the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water;

⁹ The Lord does not delay concerning His promise, as some reckon slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

¹⁵ and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation--just as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, wrote to you,

¹¹ They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their ulcers, and they did not repent of their works.

³ Perhaps the house of Judah will hear all the evils which I purpose to do to them; that they may turn from their evil way; and so I will be merciful to their iniquities and their sins.

³⁷ Therefore, behold, I will gather all your lovers with whom you have consorted, and all whom you have loved, with all whom you hated; and I will gather them against you round about, and will expose your wickedness to them, and they shall see all your shame. ³⁸ And I will be avenged on you with the vengeance of an adulteress, and I will bring upon you blood of fury and jealousy. ³⁹ And I will deliver you into their hands, and they shall break down your house of harlotry, and destroy your high place; and they shall strip you of your garments, and shall take your proud ornaments, and leave you naked and bare. ⁴⁰ And they shall bring multitudes upon you, and they shall stone you with stones, and pierce you with their swords. ⁴¹ And they shall burn your houses with fire, and shall execute vengeance on you in the sight of many women; and I will turn you back from harlotry, and I will no more give you rewards.

³⁰ I will judge you, O house of Israel, says the Lord, each one according to his way: be converted, and turn from all your ungodliness, and it shall not become to you the punishment of iniquity. ³¹ Cast away from yourselves all your ungodliness in which you have sinned against Me; and make to yourselves a new heart and a new spirit: for why should you die, O house of Israel? ³² For I desire not the death of him that dies, says the Lord.

²⁹ And they shall deal with you in hatred, and shall take all the fruits of your labors and your toils, and you shall be naked and bare; and the shame of your fornication shall be exposed. And your ungodliness and your fornication

⁴⁵ And they are just men, and shall take vengeance on them with the judgment of an adulteress and the judgment of blood, for they are adulteresses, and blood is on their hands. ⁴⁶ Thus says the Lord God: Bring up a multitude upon them, and send trouble and plunder into the midst of them. ⁴⁷ And stone them with the stones of a multitude, and pierce them with their swords; they shall slay their sons and their daughters, and shall burn up their houses. ⁴⁸ And I will remove ungodliness out of the land, and all the women shall be instructed, and shall not do according to their ungodliness.

¹¹ Say to them, Thus says the Lord: As I live, I desire not the death of the ungodly, as that the ungodly should turn from his way and live: turn heartily from your way; for why will you die, O house of Israel?

⁷ I said, But do you fear Me, and receive instruction, and you shall not be cut off from the face of the land for all the vengeance I have brought upon her: prepare yourself; rise early: all their produce is spoiled.

³ Not at all, I tell you; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.

⁵ Not at all, I tell you; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish."

²¹ lest, when I come again, my God will humble me before you, and I will mourn for many who have previously sinned and have not repented for the impurity and fornication and lewdness which they practiced.

²⁵ in meekness instructing those that oppose, if God perhaps may give them repentance, to a full knowledge of the truth, ²⁶ and they regain their senses and escape out of the snare of the devil, having been captured alive by him to do his will.

² with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and those dwelling on the earth became drunk from the wine of her fornication."

³ For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the wealth of her luxury."

⁹ "The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her shall weep and mourn over her, when they see the smoke of her burning,

¹⁸ so that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who ride on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great." ¹⁹ And I saw the Beast and the kings of the earth and their armies, having been gathered together to make war against Him who rode on the horse and against His army. ²⁰ Then the Beast was apprehended, and with him the False Prophet who had performed the signs before him, by which he had deceived those who received the mark of the Beast and those who worshipped his image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. ²¹ And the rest were slain with the sword which proceeds from the mouth of Him who rode on the horse. And all the birds gorged themselves with their flesh.

¹¹ And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall not again do according to this evil thing among you.

¹³ And all the people shall hear and fear, and shall no more commit impiety.

²⁰ And the rest shall hear and fear, and do no more according to this evil thing in the midst of you.

²¹ And the men of his city shall stone him with stones, and he shall die; and you shall remove the evil one from yourselves, and the rest shall hear and fear.

⁷ But the Lord said to Samuel, Look not on his appearance, nor on his stature, for I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart.

⁹ And now, my son Solomon, know the God of your fathers, and serve Him with a perfect heart and a willing soul; for the Lord searches all hearts, and knows every thought: if you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you should forsake Him, He will forsake you forever.

¹⁷ And I know, O Lord, that You are He that searches the hearts, and You love righteousness. I have willingly offered all these things in simplicity of heart. And now I have seen with joy Your people, who are present here, willingly offering to You.

³⁰ then shall You hear from heaven, out of Your prepared dwelling place, and shall be merciful, and shall recompense to the man according to his ways, as You shall know his heart; for You alone know the heart of the children of men;

⁹ Oh let the wickedness of sinners come to an end; and then You shall direct the righteous, O God that searches the hearts and minds.

² Prove me, O Lord, and try me; purify as with fire my mind and my heart.

²¹ for He knows the secrets of the heart.

¹² and mercy is Yours, O Lord; for You will recompense everyone according to his works.

¹⁰ Woe to their soul, for they have devised an evil counsel against themselves, saying against themselves, Let us bind the just, for he is burdensome to us; therefore shall they eat the fruits of their works. ¹¹ Woe to the transgressor! Evils shall happen to him according to the works of his hands.

²⁰ O Lord, You that judges righteously, and who tests the heart and the most secret parts, let me see Your vengeance taken upon them, for to You I have declared my cause.

¹⁰ I, the Lord, search the hearts, and test the mind, to give to everyone according to his ways, and according to the fruits of his doings.

¹² O Lord, You who tests the righteous, and who understands the mind and heart, let me see Your vengeance upon them: for to You I have revealed my cause.

¹¹ Lament, you that inhabit the city that has been broken down, for all the people have become like Canaan; and all that were exalted by silver have been utterly destroyed.

²⁷ For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will render to each according to his works.

²⁴ But Jesus did not trust Himself to them, because He knew all men, ²⁵ and had no need that anyone should testify concerning man, for He himself knew what was in man.

¹⁷ He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you care for Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you care for Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I care for You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.

²⁴ And they prayed and said, "You, O Lord, knower of all hearts, show whom You have chosen of these two"

⁵ But according to your hardness and impenitent heart you are storing up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God, ⁶ who will recompense to each one according to his works: ⁷ to those who by the endurance of good works are seeking glory and honor and incorruption--eternal life. ⁸ But to those who are contentious, and who disobey the truth, but obey unrighteousness--indignation and wrath, ⁹ ~ tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that works evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek; ¹⁰ but glory, honor, and peace to everyone that works good, both to the Jew first and to the Greek. ¹¹ For there is no partiality with God.

²⁷ But He that searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes on behalf of the saints according to the will of God.

¹² So then each of us shall give account concerning himself to God.

¹⁰ For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, in accordance with the things which he did, whether good or bad.

⁵ For each one shall bear his own load.

¹³ And there is no creature hidden before Him, but all things are naked and open to His eyes, to whom we must give an account.

¹⁷ And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear;

⁸ And behold, a pale horse, and he who sat on it was named Death, and Hades was following him. And authority was given to him over a fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword, and with famine, and with death, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

¹² And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened the books. And another Book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged by the things having been written in the books, according to their works.

²⁸ For it seemed best to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to put on you no greater burden except for these necessary things:

¹¹ lest we be taken advantage of by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his devices.

³ But I fear, lest perhaps as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

¹¹ Put on the full armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the stratagems of the devil. ¹² For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenlies.

⁹ whose coming is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, ¹⁰ and in all deception of unrighteousness among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. ¹¹ And because of this, God will send them strong delusion, in order for them to believe the lie, ¹² so that they all might be damned who did not believe the truth, but delighted in unrighteousness.

⁹ And the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

¹⁴ And he deceives my own people who dwell on the earth by the signs which were given to him to do before the Beast, saying to those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound--and came to life! -from the sword.

³ And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and I will receive you unto Myself; so that where I am, there you may be also.

²² Jesus said to him, "If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me." ²³ Therefore this saying went out among the brothers that this disciple would not die. Yet Jesus did not say to him that he would not die, but, "If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you?"

²⁸ And rising up, one of them named Agabus, foretold by the Spirit of a great famine about to happen in all the world, which also came to pass in the time of Claudius Caesar.

⁹ Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.

⁵ So then judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who also will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make clear the purposes of the hearts. Then each one's praise shall come from God.

²⁶ For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until He comes.

¹⁴ Therefore having a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast the confession.

¹⁰ But the day of the Lord shall come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall pass away with a rushing noise, and the elements, burning with heat, shall be dissolved, both the earth and the works that are in it shall be burned up.

⁷ Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, and those who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will wail because of Him. Even so, Amen!.

²⁰ He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen. Yes, come, Lord Jesus!

⁸ Ask of Me, and I shall give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.

¹⁴ They have laid them as sheep in Hades; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning, and their help shall fail in Hades from their glory.

¹⁸ which shall be taken away; and the saints of the Most High shall take the kingdom, and possess it forever and ever.

²² until the Ancient of Days came, and He gave judgment to the saints of the Most High; and the time was fulfilled, and the saints possessed the kingdom.

²⁷ And the kingdom and the power and the greatness of the kings that are under the whole heaven were given to the saints of the Most High; and His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all powers shall serve and obey Him.

²⁸ So Jesus said to them, "Assuredly I say to you, that in the Regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

¹³ But those on the rock are they that, whenever they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of testing fall away. ¹⁴ And that which fell among thorns, these are those, who when they heard, go out and are choked with anxieties, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity. ¹⁵ But that which fell on the good ground, these are such who when they heard the word, with a noble and good heart, hold on to it and bear fruit with endurance.

²⁹ And I bestow upon you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one upon Me, ³⁰ so that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel."

²⁹ Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent."

³¹ Then Jesus said to those Jews who had believed Him, "If you abide in My word, truly you are My disciples. ³² And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free."

³⁷ But in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

³ Do you not know that we will judge angels? Let alone ordinary matters! ⁴ If then you have ordinary lawsuits, do you appoint those who are disdained within the church to judge?

⁵ Because of this, when I could no longer endure it, I sent to learn about your faith, lest somehow the tempter had tempted you, and our labor be in vain.

³⁸ But the just shall live by faith, and if he withdraws, My soul has no pleasure in him." ³⁹ But we are not of those shrinking back to destruction, but of faith, to the saving of the soul.

²⁰ But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?

¹⁹ They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out in order that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us.

²³ And this is His commandment: that we should believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ and should love one another, just as He gave commandment.

⁵ Who is he that overcomes the world, if not he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

⁵ He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and by no means shall I erase his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

¹² He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and by no means shall he go out any longer. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down from heaven from My God. And My new name.

²¹ He that overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

⁴ And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them, and the souls of those who had been beheaded on account of the testimony of Jesus, and on account of the word of God, and those who had not worshipped the Beast or his image, and they did not receive the mark on their forehead or on their hand. And they came to life and reigned with Christ for the thousand years.

⁵ And night shall not exist. and there shall not be a need of a lamp and of light, because the Lord God shall illuminate them. And they shall reign forever and ever.

⁸ Ask of Me, and I shall give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession. ⁹ You shall rule them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces as a potter's vessel.

⁵ The saints shall rejoice in glory; and shall exalt on their beds. ⁶ The high praises of God shall be in their mouth, and two-edged swords in their hands; ⁷ to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments among the peoples; ⁸ to bind their kings with fetters, and their nobles with manacles of iron; ⁹ to execute on them the judgment written: this honor have all His saints.

¹⁴ And its fall shall be as the breaking of an earthen vessel, as small fragments of a pitcher, so that you should not find among them a sherd, with which you might take up fire, and with which you should draw a little water.

¹¹ and you shall say, Thus says the Lord, Thus will I break in pieces this people, and this city, even as an earthen vessel is broken in pieces which cannot be mended again.

²⁷ All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one fully knows the Son except the Father, nor does anyone fully know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

²⁹ And I bestow upon you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one upon Me,

²⁴ Father, I desire that those also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, so that they may behold My glory which You gave to Me; because You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

⁵ And she gave birth to a Son, a male who would shepherd all the nations with an iron rod. And her Child was caught up to God and to His throne.

⁷⁸ through the tender mercy of our God, with which the Dayspring from on high has visited us; ⁷⁹ to give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace."

¹⁹ And we have the prophetic word made more sure, which you do well to heed, as a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;

¹⁶ I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify these things to you for the churches. I am the Root and the Stock of David, the Bright and Morning Star."
